Processing Time
• All dresses are currently made to order.
• Kindly note that the estimated delivery time shown on each product page applies to a single item only and does not account for orders with multiple dresses.
• Orders that include more than one dress typically require additional time to complete. Please see the following estimated processing times:
- 2 dresses: 7-10 business days
- 3-4 dresses: 10-15 business days
- More than 4 dresses: Processing may take up to a month, depending on the order details, style selected, and overall complexity of the order.
• Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a notification once your order has been completed and shipped.
• If you require an expedited order or customization, please contact us before placing your order. Such requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and the designer’s discretion.

Please note that any delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe provided by the shipping company are outside the control of Elegance By Rhonz. In such cases, we rely on the shipping carrier to provide updates regarding your delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number/ code. You can use this number/ code to check the status of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
