Where are you located?

We are an online-based business operating from Montego Bay, Jamaica. At this time, we do not have a physical in-store location. All orders and inquiries are handled online.

What are your business hours?

For customer support, our business hours are:

Mondays- Fridays @9am-5pm

Saturdays and Sundays OFF.

Email is recommended for detailed inquiries, while our website chat, Instagram and Whatsapp are ideal for quick questions.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know my size?

Please use our size guide provided. We recommend using a measuring tape to take your bust, waist, hip measurements and comparing them to our size chart.

If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for sizing assistance before placing your order.

Do your dresses run true to size?

Our garments are designed to fit according to the measurements or size selected. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering.

What size should I choose if I'm between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

How do I submit my measurements?

Measurements can be submitted through our measurement form or sent directly via email or Whatsapp.

What if my measurements are incorrect?

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate measurements. We are not liable for size discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurements provided.

Kindly verify your size before placing order as no order will be exchanged/ refunded due to size discrepancies.

Can I request extra length?

Yes, additional length can be added upon request. Extra charges may apply depending on the design.

Can alterations be done if the fit is off?

Alterations may be possible at an additional cost depending on the issuue.

Production & Processing

Do you keep items in stock?

Most items are made to order.

Do you offer rush/ expedite orders?

Yes, rush/ expedite orders may be accommodated depending on availability and will incur an additional fee. Please contact us before placing order.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Production time varies based on the design and order volume. The estimated delivery dates / standard turnaround time (one dress) is noted under each dress.

Do holidays affect processing times?

Yes, processing and shipping may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You’ll receive a notification via email or WhatsApp once your order is completed and ready for delivery or pickup.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes are only allowed before production begins.

Can I order multiple dresses at once?

Yes, however larger orders may require additional processing time.

Can I add sleeves, lining, or extra coverage?

Yes, modest adjustments and customizations are available upon request.

Can I choose a different color for a design?

Yes, color options may be available depending on fabric stock.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer both local and international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will vary based on location.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes on international orders?

Yes. International ordersmaybe subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive a notification via email once your order is completed.

Can I change my shipping method after ordering?

Shipping changes may be possible before dispatch.

Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes, once authorization is provided in advance.

What if my package is delayed during shipping?

Courier delays are outside of our control, but tracking assistance will be provided.

What happens if my package is returned?

Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees if a package is returned due to incorrect address details and/ or not being present to collect package.

What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we now offer secure card payment options for your convenience.

Can I order directly from the website?

Yes, orders can be placed directly through our website for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

Do prices vary by size?

Yes. Pricing may vary based on size, fabric usage, and design complexity.

Do you refuse certain orders?

We reserve the right to decline orders that fall outside our design style, production capacity, or policy guidelines.

Can I save an item for later purchase?

Items are not reserved unless payment or a deposit has been made.

What if an item is sold out?

Some sold-old items may be restocked depending on fabric availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

For local customers, we accept payment via online bank transfer.

For international customers, we accept Western Union transfers. Payments can be made conveniently through the Western Union app, available in your device’s app store.

Please note that proof of payment is required to confirm and secure your order.

What happens after I make payment?

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters the production queue. You will receive updates regarding processing and delivery.

Can I cancel my order after paying?

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled due to unavailable materials, incomplete payment, or incorrect information provided at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, returns and exchanges are not acceptable.

Do you offer refunds if my event date changes?

No. Refunds are not issued due to event or schedule changes.
