RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

We have a 3-day return policy; this implies that you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return in the case of:

i. Order received in defective condition 

ii. Item received is not order requested 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it— unworn, unused, unwashed, odor-free, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


PAYMENT REFUND 

Elegance By Rhonz has a NO PAYMENT REFUND policy. We accept returns for exchanges and amendments, but item must meet the rules for return to be accepted. 
*Return shipping fees are at shopper’s expense. 


SIZE DISCREPANCY

We take absolute care in ensuring each item is conscientiously stitched, and accurately sized. Kindly verify your size before placing order as no order will be exchanged/ refunded due to size discrepancies. A required field is also provided for customers to input their measurements for accuracy of fitting. 

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• All accessories are final sale (no returns, no exchanges).

• All ‘SALE’ items are final sale (no returns, no exchanges). 

• Once a product has been altered/customized, sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

• Used/ worn outfit will not be accepted for return hence, ensure you report and immediately initiate a return of any outfit received in damage or marred condition.
